We have finalized the details for the July 25th planning meeting. As we stated before, we have several things that we want to discuss:
1) Finalize Date/Location for Next Tea Party
2) Discuss Activities between Tea Parties
3) Ways to Volunteer
4) Establishing Community Groups
5) Evaluation of Independence Day Tea Party
This is an important meeting, and I hope that everyone will try to make it. Your opinions are needed! Please let me know if you have any questions at all.
We will be meeting at the Union Scenic Library at 308 Hawthorne Drive in Union at 5:30pm Saturday, July 25th. The library, for those who do not know, is off of Hwy 50, 1 long block past the 50/47N intersection. Turn left onto Hawthorne at the Taco Bell, stay to left, then turn left into library. You can also type your address into the form below for driving directions and a map.
A few guidelines given to us by the library:
No food may be brought in from restaurants
No alcoholic beverages.
No smoking in the building.
Nothing taped or tacked to walls.
Must return room to original condition, before leaving.
