President Obama is campaigning in St Louis on Wednesday, March 10, as part of a sweep across the country to gather support for his health care initiative. Representative Todd Akin (R-MO) and the top Republican leadership in the House believe that Mr Obama may have some success in pressuring wavering Congressional Democrats to support his health care plan. The unions and other liberal supporters have been faxing and telephone blitzing wavering Democrats to vote in favor of the plan. They need to hear from the rest of America !
Representative Akin invites all tea party groups, independent conservatives and those citizens who oppose President Obama’s health care plans to attend a special rally at 9:45 AM this Wednesday, March 10, at the St Charles County Convention Center. This rally on Wednesday, the same day the President is scheduled to come to St Louis , can send a clear message that we don’t want his version of health care reform. If we have a large enough turnout at the Wednesday rally we WILL send that message loud and clear.
Rally admission is free. There will be a wide screen presentation from Washington targeting the health care issue by Representative Todd Akin, Minority Leader John Boehner, MO Lt Governor Peter Kinder and many other key Republicans.

Update!!
We want a great turn out for Congressman Akin’s event in the morning, but we absolutely must have a respectable turnout in the evening. I know this is a lot of stuff at once, but we won’t have many chances to present our grievances to the President on our soil.
