Rally Downtown Friday

A call to action from Jeannine Huskey:

There will be a rally at MO Attorney General Chris Koster’s office in downtown STL this week.

Date/Time: Friday, 3/26/10, at 2:00 p.m.
Address: 815 Olive Street, Suite 200, St. Louis, 63101 (old Post Office bldg.) (directions below)

Our Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder has announced today that he is joining with 13 other state attorneys general to fight OBAMACARE (one AG is a Democrat)! Mr. Kinder has stated that he is a constitutional officer for Missouri and will be joining in the lawsuits going before our federal government. We need to put pressure on our Attorney General Coster to also help fight for the People of Missouri and our constitutional freedoms! Let’s show Washington DC that St. Louis is not backing down against this bill and we will fight with every breath we take!

LETTERS: Please bring your personal letters to drop off at Coster’s office. We will provide paper and pens there at the rally if you need that. Just make sure you have your name and address printed on your letter for identification purposes. If you can’t come, you can email Mr. Koster at [email protected]

SIGNS: Bring your signs for the rally which will be held after meeting at Coster’s office at 2:00pm. We will be walking up 9th Street (with our signs) back towards Market Street and then hold a “walking picket” at the City Gardens on Market Street in front of Union Station.

WEATHER: Prediction is high in the mid 50s and mostly cloudy.

REMEMBER: As long as our people are MOVING in a “walking picket,” we do not need a permit!
So… Please wear comfortable walking shoes. Carpool if you can and tell all your friends to come ~ we need to get people out en force to show that we mean business!

Directions:
I-44 East to I-55 North
Take I-70 west exit (209B) on the left
Take exit (251C) toward the stadium
Stay straight and to go onto So. Memorial Drive
Turn left on Market Street
