State Sovereignty/Nullification Meeting

In response to the increasing unconstitutional and overreaching actions of our federal government, one of the most powerful and yet misunderstood powers  for the states is Nullification.  The framers of our constitution provided a way for states to resist the kind of unconstitutional actions the federal government is imposing on them.  Ron Calzone, from Missouri First,  will join us on Saturday, June 25 to explain how Nullification can be used here in Missouri to protect our citizens from federal mandates that have no constitutional authority.

Join us at 9:00 a.m.on June 25 at the Franklin County Baptist Association in Union.
In addition to the instructional times, there will be opportunity for questions and answers.

  1. Ron Calzone says:

This event is designed to both educate about the constitutional and historic basis for nullification, and also a brainstorming session to deal with practical issues implementing it.

We want your input about what unconstitutional federal edicts should be nullified, how to pass nullification legislation, and what to do when the Feds threaten reprisals, like they did with the Texas anti- TSA groping bill.

Since when did the constitution for the united States of America, the Republic “apply” to the communist military democracy established by General Order No. 100 issued by Abraham Lincoln when the southern representatives walked out of congress and the Republic had to close its’ doors for business. The Republic still exists; it just hasn’t conducted any business since 1861.
The Lieber Code aka General Order No. 100 establsihes the military democracy set up to administer the “bankruptcy” on behalf of the conquerors aka communist international bankers.
The Federal REserve Bank aka communist central bank aka owned by ten private banks like the Israel Moses Seif Bank and the Vatican Bank run this corporate United States. The War of Northern Aggression which some mistakenly call the “civil” war was not about freeing anyone. For the first time in the history of the world, the secondary clause of the 14th amendment established a new type of slave, a united states citizen of which all born or residing in the united States of America were eventually tricked or forced into being; the chattel collateral for the corporate United States mis-called national debt. You and I and everyone else live under the communist martial law rule of the military democracy known as the United States.
Ever hear of a nom de guerre? Look at the all capital name on your drivers license. Let’s define: license- permission to do what would otherwise be illegal. Find a law dictionary and look up nom de guerre. Try to find the definition for the gold ball atop the flag pole. You will have to find a pre-civil war era dictionary.
The first ten amendments do not apply to the corporate military democracy. With brute force to bend the people the “correct” way the military democracy does not care what is written on paper. History in my short life tells me that.

Since when did we start allowing trolls to post here?
#1 General order #100 does not apply anymore, and if it did, look at article 4.
#2 Which part of the 14th amendment don’t you like? The part where it tells the states to abide by the first 10 amendments? Or the part where it says everyone is equal to everyone else?
#3 Nom de Guerre? False name/Stage name/Fake name? What does that have to do with my family name?
#4 The gold ball on top of the flag pole is more aesthetically appealing than the pole just stopping. I guess next you are going to tell us the pillars on the Parthenon are wider in the middle so they could fit the aliens heads inside when they barried them.
#5 Get a longer life and learn more history. And this time, don’t believe everything you hear on the AM radio.

I think we as citizens of this country should disown this fourteen trillion+ $ debt and push it into the hands of the Fed and banking system where it belongs. We never in any way authorized the Government to borrow money on this scale; and, besides the debt, they have stolen the Gold in Fort Knox, three trillions of dollars from the Social Security Fund; and what did we get from all this debt? but, a failed economy given over to China,India, Mexica and other New World Order countrioes.
